Designed for girls in 4th or 5th grade (ages 10–11) and their mothers.
Note that girls developing earlier or later are warmly welcomed.
The Setting
Each workshop is hosted in a mom's home from the group, whether that's the organizer or another volunteer with the space to fit everyone. Warm, comfortable, and private. A home where girls get to share this moment surrounded by friends.
The Group
When you register, you are committing to organizing your own group. You choose who's included: a classroom, a soccer team, a Girl Scout troop, a circle of neighborhood friends. You decide, you invite, you get them committed. One mom hosts, I come to facilitate, and together we create an experience your daughter will carry with her forever.

This workshop focuses exclusively on the biology of puberty. Sex education is not covered. That conversation belongs between you and your daughter, and this workshop gives you the springboard to have it when you feel ready.
